Kassie and Zach’s Waffle House engagement is one of the most unique engagement shoots I’ve ever shot. Honestly, when I started chatting with Kassie and Zach about a location for their engagement session, I was super surprised to hear that they wanted to do them at Waffle House! This particular Waffle House is where they had one of their first dates and have continued to come almost weekly. Needless to say, it’s an important part of their dating story. While Kassie is not the biggest waffle fan, she knows Zach loves them. It’s such a sweet compromise, and clearly a very important part of their story!
We also took photos at another location, and I’m obsessed with these and glad that we were able to get a variety of photos. The colors that Kassie and Zach wore were perfect for the session by the lake. I was so glad Kassie and Zach included their sweet dog in their session. Naturally, Kassie and Zach have decided they’ll be having a Waffle House food truck at their wedding. I can’t wait to celebrate these two in November (and have a yummy waffle)!
